Looking for a talented company to help me setup a Magento powered online store using a downloaded/modified theme.

I need to make minor tweaks to the template but overall it will stay very similar to the above demos.
Other things to note:
-all graphic work will be done by myself. I will simply send you the assets.
-will need to be integrated with paypal (nothing else)
-will need a blog added to the site
-newsletter template setup
-search engine optimized
Website is hosted on my webhosting server which I will grant temporary access to. Must be friendly and easy to work with, whichever company I select will most likely have far more work headed there way in the future.
