Download PhoneBook via Bluetooth PBAP / OBEX by EvoSw

Hello, i need an working example to an application which connect to another mobile phone via bluetooth , if is not paired it will ask to pair and after it download all phonebook using the PBAP bluetooth profile… (Budget: $30-$150 USD, Jobs: Android)
