I having a JPG which needs to convert into Drupal 7 Theme. Prefers Adaptive or Zen Base. Very easy and simple theme. Should not take more than 2 days to finish. No Responsive needed. Expecting Comment in tpls and in CSS files… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Drupal, HTML, PHP)
