I would like to have a website where users can login, create their own websites with simple steps, add shopping cart and emails, and publish them on their own. The platform should be mobile friendly, and should have a mobile version for users to use their iPads etc… (Budget: $3000-$5000 USD, Jobs: ASP, MySQL, PHP)
