My forum is in chinese language, using Discuz 7.2 platform, I would like to upgrade it to Discuz x2.5. This is a small forum, less than 100 active users, so I hope this can be done quick and in small budget. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Forum Software, HTML, MySQL, PHP)
