I have started a project around a PIC18F4550 to communicate inputs from anologue and digital, over USB to a pc and get recognised as a joystick input. I have managed to get the project to communicate with buttons and potentiometer’s without any problem… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: C Programming, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microcontroller)
