php form to fill, pay with paypal and automatic post on other website form by emanhu

Hi Everyone, we need a php form for a visitor on our website, fill the form, pay fees with paypal(fee need to be editable in the database), store the data into a mysql database then post it automatically… (Budget: $30-$500 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
