Need to add functions to my existing PHP script by Influxman

I have a PHP private messaging system, but i want it to be more advanced. I only want a few functions to be build in, like a credits system, add attachment function, some basic functions for me to edit accounts… (Budget: $30-$150 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, Website Design)
