Converting HTML and XML special characters into excel with a Macro by MarcoRoma

I have exported (copy and paste) articles from thousands of website. I am not sure which language was the website, most likely HTML or XML. When I copied them into excel, some special characters arose; e.g… (Budget: $2-$8 USD, Jobs: Excel)
