I have installed Option Types contributions http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/6818/v,22 quite long ago and I was not pleased with two thinks. 1. Checkbox works fine if it is only one. As soon as I have two or more check boxes it will not work… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: OSCommerce, PHP)
