Open Source iOS Control For Easily Making Popovers Using UIViews, Strings And More

I’ve mentioned some great open source controls for creating custom popovers such as OCCalander for calendar popovers, and most recently a color picker popover.

The developer of OCCalendar, Oliver Rickard, has come up with another terrific open source component for creating popovers.

Using this control you can easily take a string, a UIView or array of UIViews, and turn them into a great looking popover.

Here are a couple of images of the popover in action from the readme:

PopoverViewPopoverview2

You can find the control on Github here .

You can read about how to use the control on the Sherpa blog here where it shows you how to do cool things like place activity indicators in the popovers, and how to respond to gestures in the popovers.

A great control for easily making great looking popovers.
