I need an online database completed (mysql/php) that was started already on here but not completed by kevinfs4

The database will be for one of my clients who needs to have certain section that will use a relational database, once designed it needs to be able to be uploaded to one of my accounts on my server, basically… (Budget: £50-£150 GBP, Jobs: Javascript, Logo Design, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
