Have a template i’ve downloaded online which I want it to be converted to a simple html site. Currently its a flash site, but none of that is required. The site is meant to be showing a variety of cupcakes, cakes, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
