Windows 2008 R2 Server Help by No1Freelancr

I need help setting up my windows server 2008 r2. I am trying to install USB devices on the server however only 8 of the 10 are being shown in the device manager. I also need assistance on functionality. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Windows Server)
