Photo Editing : Background Removal & retouching by avidsramsl

I need backgrounds removed from 20 photos and the photos retouched to make them optimal. They were taken in poor lighting and most have shadows that hopefully can be removed. (Budget: $30-$50 USD, Jobs: Photo Editing, Photoshop)
