Dynamically Create PDF: ASP.NET/VB/MS SQL by hknight

I need a PDF to be dynamically created using ASP.NET, VB and MS SQL. I will provide an example PDF and the dynamic PDF must look the same but with information that comes from the database. (Budget: $100 USD, Jobs: .NET, PDF, Visual Basic)
