PSD to WordPress by avidsramsl

I have a PSD that needs to be coded to a wordpress genesis theme. The genesis theme must retain all functionality and be clean coded. No sloppy html requirement in text fields to make stuff look right. (Budget: $30-$200 USD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
