I need my current intro page reworked with our new layout or a new page created. I am sure a new page might be faster. Here is what we have. Our intro page currently has one image that is gray scale until you mouseover then it turns that same image into a color image… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PHP, Website Design)
