3D models with rigs that supports Squash and Strech by HeBing

We have 2d concepts of the in game characters, the game characters are cartoony and will have many complex animations Facial and body animations. I am not sure on the polygon count of the characters which I must first confrim with the programming team… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: 3D Animation, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering)
