Asp.Net VB with use of access DB, Message system/PM like Gmail by siraero

Hi. Im looking for a RAW Message System/Privat Message System, thats maybe works a little like gmail. I have a database from Access with some users and email. – I need u to make a RAW/No CSS, but in Div’s and in Asp.Net VB maybe with use of Jquery… (Budget: €30-€40 EUR, Jobs: .NET, jQuery / Prototype, Microsoft Access)
