We need a small APP where parents can lock the max volume of the iPhone / iPad. This to prevent hearing damages. The app shall work the same with or without headphones. The new max volume shall work for all other applications (Video, Music, Games etc)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: iPhone, Mobile Phone)
