convert two joomla 1.5 templates to 2.5 by crjensen4

I have two Joomla 1.5 templates that I would like converted to joomla 2.5. They are fairly standard, however I have failed to convert them myself. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, PHP)
