zencart fix to upper version by softwarehire

Hi, My site is trasfer to other server due to this, there is problem of upgrade to upper version of php please help me to trouble shoot this thank you (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Joomla, Magento, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
