Some time ago I posted about several of the available open source iOS Objective-C charting libraries. While they are excellent libraries all of them are 2D so if you’re looking for a 3D charting library you’re going to need to find something different.
Today I came across a very versatile 3D library that makes use of GLKit and allows you to make great looking interactive 3D charts with either bars or cylinders to illustrate the data.
Here’s a video by the library’s creator Sebastien Windal showing the library in action:
You can find the library FR3DBarChart on Github here.
You can find the documentation on Sebastien’s blog here.
A great library for making 3D charts that includes a number of examples.
