I need a fairly unique web application developed, it needs a back end for users (photographers) to login. I am somewhat familiar with ASP.NET. Some of the smaller features involved: photo uploading, user registrations with a back end, sorting of photographs into categories… (Budget: $750-$1500 CAD, Jobs: Anything Goes, ASP, HTML5, Javascript, PHP)
