I am seeking a PHP programmer for help with interface, and project design in regards to a portal based website. This would be more of a consultant position where you would be responsible for coding certain aspects of a design, such as upload scripts, tracking, PDF conversions, etc….. (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: AJAX, CSS, jQuery / Prototype, MySQL, PHP)
