We have designed a new collaboration application and would like to develop it. The main points are that it will be a desktop application that synchronises with cloud servers. As it will be a windows application, we would like this built in C# and MS SQL etc… (Budget: $25-$50 USD, Jobs: .NET, Azure, C# Programming, SQL)
