I would like someone to write a completely NEW programme based on the functions of a software that is already exists and is downloadable on the internet. I do not want a COPY of the old programme but a new programme that does the same functionality… (Budget: €250-€750 EUR, Jobs: Java, Javascript, x86/x64 Assembler)
