Rewrite from scratch the Freelang dictionary, a stand-alone freeware program for Windows. After this project is done we need the programmer to stay in touch for further improvements, and for other versions for other platforms (especially mobile application)… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: Software Architecture)
