How to use:
For the transperent PNG files you should just drop them into your works,screen them if you like and you’ll get awesome results.
For the PSD file you can just drop the group of layer you want to use into your project file .

You can change colors using Hue/Saturation.
Go to : Image menu>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation
OR : just CTRL +U
Combin them to get new results.
