**I need some code to drop into my wp theme**
Need a ‘Store Locations’ wp page that has the following:
1. I need to add 3 or 4 custom fields – preferable using some plugin or simple code to group my custom fields.
a. I can use the post title as the ‘store name’
b. Phone Number
c. City
d. State
2. I dont necessarily need a custom content type although it would be cleaner.
3. The output on the wp page needs to show:
a. Each state sorted alhabetically
