I have a layout for a webpage design in Adobe Photoshop PSD and would like someone to code it to a functioning HTML page (buttons work, menu, etc.). I will supply the PSD with all layers available so you can chop it up into whatever pieces you need.
As for special effects, I would like the homepage image to swap between six images every five or so seconds (with a nice fading transition) and the menu should have a nice mouse-over effect.
