Allow Links And And Email Addresses In Escaped Page

I have 2 webpages that were secured against SQL insertions by escaping the data and preventing links and emails to be active.

I need links from a specific URL to be allowed to appear and be active and any email that’s linked to be active.

I’ve attached the PHP code for both of the scripts.
