My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.
Currently. in the wordpress dashboard, under posts, you can choose “show all dates” and that allows to filter posts from a specific month.
This is not enough for me. I want to be able to filter in the dashboard posts from a specific year. I need a a drop down menu for this. In the menu I will be able to choose posts from a certain year:

2011
