We need to create a fillable form that field technicians (read: unsophisticated users) can complete on an iphone and send to the office. I want to have dropdowns, some validation, and calculated fields. It will be about 20 questions.
I would like a printed version to fit on one 8 1/2 x 11 inches sheet. Ideally the data would be automatically captured in (or able to be exported to) a database.
We have an Exchange Server, and we use MS Access and CutePDF Pro, so integrating with those apps…
