need a website built in html with mostly text links and very quick loading times that is extremely search engine friendly. will include a brief application form that users can fill out. different link settings with css. crisp, clean, and modern website. require full ownership of all html/code. the domain name will be: WWW.USDAHOMELOANSOLUTIONS.COM.
