I need an app created for use with Android & Apple mobile devices.
This app is like a picture frame that changes images every 15 minutes on a users mobile device.
The app should function as follows.
1) When the app is in use the user will receive a picture from our server every 15 minutes.
2)Users can vote if they like the picture or if they don’t like the picture.
3)users can look at a maximum of 16 previous images that have been posted through the app.
