1. I want to select multiple option on the action check box,
eg: New Hire and MIT etc. can you update both forms and table for this.
2. Please make managers name a required field
3. Please make drop down box for following fields:-
a. Charge to Store Location #:
b. Training Location #:
c. Transfer/Borrow from Location #:
d. Transfer/Borrow to Location:
e. Store Position Title:
