Please Read: Make sure to check the video preview! Unfortuantly for file size ease, I only recorded at 15 FPS . In Chrome and other major browsers, they animate beautifully at the browsers max potential. These will fallback in IE to standard tooltips, they will not animate. The fix included will make these compatible with IE8 and 9 so they still display.
