Simple Newsletter email submit by tdunc02

I need a very simple task done. I have a textfield and a submit button to send users email to ours. Script should validate email, send and redirect to a thankyou page and send confirmation to users email… (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP)
