We have an online form you fill out with the company’s contact information. 12 fields to fill in or answer a question about the business.
Here are the qualifiers:
1. Must be SMALL business owners/companies located in major USA.
2. Must have a decent website, contact person and email address.
3. Must be in one of these areas of business. Dentist, Chiropractor, Auto Mechanics, Attorney or CPA “accountant”
