change color of an object in one photograph by mcgvegas

I need the sleep mask on the model in the larger photo to be the same color as the sleep mask in the smaller photo. It needs to be that blue color. I’ve attached a third shot of the sleep mask by itself… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Photoshop)
