I need a pop up message for the index page of my site.
When a user navigates to the site, their PC will be checked to see if a cookie exists
If no cookie exists, the popup message is displayed
If the users selects “Do not show this message again” then a cookie is saved to the users PC and the popup window will not be displayed again.
