I buildt a web based mobile app and wrapped it with phonegap. I have signed the .ipa file and it is ready to be uploaded into apple app store. I have setup an apple developer account but don’t have a stable mac computer to upload the app to the store… (Budget: $35-$100 USD, Jobs: Apple Safari, HTML5, Javascript, PHP, Website Design)
