We are putting up a simple (1) page “coming soon” splash page. The design is finished. We require the splash page coded into valid (well written) XHTML / CSS.
In addition we will choose an off the shelf, easy to use email list program and you will implement the app (mailchip ?) into the coming soon page so people can “add themselves to our email list”.
