Skysa Plugin For Oxwall

I need someone to build a plugin that will make skysa integrate to my users on oxwall I already have documentation for skysa and oxwall plugin documentation is available at oxwall.org after reviewing these 2 documentations it seems like a simple integration but I am not a developer I will list below the simple script skysa has set up
