Parse HTML to create valid RSS feed by iconsult

I need a script that will call up a URL that has an XML Feed inside it… but needs to have stuff NOT inside the tags stripped out. So I’d need a file I can post… say… myfeed.php that… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP)
