I need a few php scripts written that requires a visitor to agree to a same-page disclaimer before they can click a download botton, this will be needed to work with multiple downloads.
Additionally I also need a script that allows a user to upload and submit a description of a small file, which allows only certain file types such as .zip .rtf. .doc .docx .pdf. After submission I would receive an email of the description and the absolute file location on the server.
