I have already taken permission from a tv channel to stream it online. They don’t have any problem doing it. And as im living abroad im not able to get that tv channel’s signal here, but there is online website which streams that same channel on subscription basis… (Budget: £20-£40 GBP, Jobs: Flash, PHP, Software Architecture)
