We have moved hosting from one company to another and the new hosting company does not support “relaying” on their windows servers which is used in a form on the website. The form consists of a few fields which are filled out and the info is sent via email.
We were told by the hosting company that we need to:
“modify your asp mail script to specify an email username and password, also ensure this email account is created within the server via Plesk ”
but we are not sure how to do this.
